Refund and Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping at SOE Deals. We value your business and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. Please review our policy below regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.
1. Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- The item was purchased within the last 30 days.
- The product is in its original packaging.
- The product isn’t used or damaged.
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software products.
- Items on clearance or marked as “Final Sale.”
- Perishable goods or intimate/sanitary items.
2. The Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@soedeals.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your package.
Note: Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies (typically 5-10 business days).
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order to facilitate a swift replacement.
5. Damaged Items
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance. We recommend taking photos of the damaged packaging and the product itself to speed up the claims process.
